Flavonoids are a range of nutrients and scientists found that particular flavonoids like flavones, anthocyanins, and flavonones are the ones being found more beneficial when it comes to sexual health in men on this study. Abundant sources of flavones and flavonones include citrus fruits while anthocyanins are abundant in berries, red apples, as well as on fruits that are purple, red, and blue.
